It’s easy over time to take for granted and to lose sight of why we do some of the things that we do in church. However, God has not called us to empty actions, devoid of meaning. He wants our hearts and our devotion, not empty practices only for the sake of tradition. For this reason, this morning, we’re going to pause to take into account the context in which Jesus implemented the Christian ordinance of Communion. Join us as we discuss the meaning and significance of Communion, and as we take it together.
