Sermons on Ruth
Throughout the book of Ruth, we see God moving and working in and through the lives of Ruth, Naomi, and Boaz. In sharp contrast to the time of the Judges, in which this story takes place, we see the great faith of these 3 main characters, and God’s great faithfulness to and through them.
Chapter 1 of Ruth was full of hardship for Ruth and Naomi, but in chapter 2 we see God powerfully working in and through Ruth’s story to not only bless her but also to accomplish His purpose and plan for all of His people.
The short story of Ruth is a beautiful story of how God can and does move and work in and through our lives when we fully commit to Him and faithfully pursue Him as Ruth did.
