Peace is a universal requirement
Peace gives us rest
Peace rebuilds our strength
Peace brings resolution for stress

Trouble is a fact of life

I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.

Trouble cannot always be avoided
Trouble has a way of draining our strength
Trouble is already defeated

Trust is the antidote to trouble

Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.

Tranquility is promised

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
