We are seeking a full time Pastor to carry out our current mission statement: To Glorify God, to introduce people to Jesus Christ, to encourage believers to love God, and to equip them to serve. The following video will tell you a little about us:
We do love to have fun. But, we are serious about God’s kingdom. Wintergreen has been led by only three pastors in 70 years. Our next pastor will have a healthy prayer life, study God’s Word, live a Jesus centered life, and lead our congregation in spiritual battle. We seek a pastor who will mentor each congregant to discover and use his/her spiritual gifts. Our solo pastor will cast a vision of loving ministry for our community and lead us in pursuit of that vision. Of course, we are also looking for someone who enjoys carrying out the normal duties of a solo pastor.
In addition to normal church life needs, Wintergreen certainly faces some challenges. We are unique in that our church is not suburban, urban or rural. Instead, many of our congregants commute. In addition, we have a somewhat limited outward focus. Certainly we have fulfilled needs in our community with our Night in Bethlehem, Night of Hope, and Dinner’s On ministries, but we feel called to do more in His name.
We are a loving congregation with a focus on prayer both in and out of church. We have an active CWC group with great fellowship and multiple missions fundraisers that impact our community, our country and our world. Our Hilltoppers group is also vibrant with many opportunities for Christian fellowship. Despite a decline in family attendance, we provide ministries for all ages, praise God!
We know that God calls us to serve His Kingdom in newer and greater ways! If you feel that God is calling you to serve alongside us as Solo Pastor, please review the Solo Pastor ministry description and send your resumé, your Philosophy of Ministry, and a link to (or DVD of) a recent message by mail or email.

The purpose of the Wintergreen Ledges Church of God is to glorify God, to introduce people to Jesus Christ, to encourage believers to love God, and to equip them to serve.
We welcome people of all ages and all races. There are services for the entire family, including a nursery staffed by loving women. Our congregation is composed of friendly Christians from a variety of denominational backgrounds and some with no previous church experience at all. Our worship services are upbeat with a blend of traditional hymns and modern choruses. The sermons are relevant to real life, prayer is a major emphasis and the Bible is the final authority. Dress casually or wear your Sunday best . Our main goal is that each individual connects with God during our services.
Wintergreen Ledges is a non-denominational congregation affiliated with the Church of God movement with general offices in Anderson, Indiana. We have come together to worship our Savior, the Lord Jesus, in spirit and in truth.
